Orders

How can I order products from NOTEO?

You can place an order directly through our website by adding the desired products to your cart and following the steps to complete your purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your orders and receive exclusive offers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email/phone]. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

When will my order be processed?

All orders placed by 1:00 PM on a business day are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed and shipped on the next business day.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay using:

Bank transfer (available for corporate clients only)

How do I pay with a card?

At checkout, select the “Pay with Card” option and follow the instructions. We accept all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

How do I pay with cash?

You can pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

When selecting bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive our bank account details. Please make sure to include your order number and name as the payment reference.

When will I receive my order if I pay by bank transfer?

Bank transfers usually take 1–2 business days to process, and payments from abroad may take longer. Once we receive your payment, we will prepare and ship your order immediately. The delivery time after shipping is as stated during checkout.

How can I receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice with every order. If you would like the invoice to be issued to a company, please include the company details in the order notes. You can receive your invoice electronically by email when purchasing online, or as a printed copy included in the package with your order.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we offer delivery to every location in Bulgaria.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currently deliver only within Bulgaria. However, we are working on enabling international shipping in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders over 50 BGN.
✔ For orders under 50 BGN, the delivery cost depends on the selected location and delivery method.

Which courier company do you work with?

We use the services of Econt for all our deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to check its status on the courier’s website.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not deliver on Sundays or during public holidays.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return a product?

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the bank account you provided in the product return form.

Can I exchange a product?

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges, but you can return the product and place a new order.

No, all of our products are without added sugar.

What is the expiration date of your products?

The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. Most of our products have a long shelf life, as they are made entirely from natural ingredients.

Do NOTEO products contain preservatives, artificial colouring and allergens?

No! Our products are 100% natural. They contain no preservatives, colorants, allergens, or gluten. All products are made entirely from roasted sunflower seeds to provide you with a pure and healthy taste.

Do your products contain gluten?

No, our products do not contain gluten and they are suitable for people with a gluten intolerance

Can NOTEO products be a part of a vegan diet?

Absolutely ! All of our products are 100% vegan and contain no animal ingredients, carefully crafted with attention to nutritional value.

How should I store the products?

NOTEO products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality and freshness. For extra safety, you can also store them in the refrigerator after opening the package.
